Our story began in 2006, born from a shared vision and a reimagined fitness experience. Instead of a conventional, machine-dominated gym, Nimble Fitness was based on a personalized approach, rooted in deep knowledge, functional training, and a commitment to understanding individual needs and goals. The core of our business continues to be customized personal training and coaching, blending expert evaluation with holistic health principles—a formula for life-long success.
Today, Nimble Fitness thrives as a fully equipped studio nestled in the heart of lower Manhattan. Our team of dedicated trainers and management staff are committed to elevating your fitness journey both in-studio and online. “I love working out here with Charlie! I have been working out on my own for years and I felt stagnant in my routine. Adding personal training sessions with Charlie has really enhanced my body and mind. He couples exercises together really well for maximum effectiveness and to meet your own goals. He also emphasizes stretching before and after each session. Charlie will help you warm up so that you can push your body safely. He also helps you cool down after the workout to release tension in your muscles. The cool down consists of various assisted stretches and targeting areas with the theragun. Highly recommend.
Nimble is a nice gym. Everyone is doing some sort of one on one work out class and sharing the space comfortably. I have been there at many hours of the day and it is never too crowded. The facilities are well kept. A lot of great equipment of all kinds. There are showers so you can go before work. They have shower products and provide towels. The other trainers and staff are very friendly.”
