Keith Paine is an American health trainer, a co-founder of Nimble Fitness in New York City, a writer and musician, and father of two.

Along with his business partners, Daniel Lucas and Jason Pulido, Keith has worked over two decades to build the Nimble studio into a highly regarded resource for holistic, integrated health & training programs, as well as a thriving community for people from all walks of life. Nimble Fitness trainers have serviced thousands of clients and changed lives.

In that period, Keith has also written and released several albums of original songs, performed, and collaborated with a wide spectrum of artists, and produced an ambient meditation record, Sunyata, for Nimble Fitness.

On the fitness side, he employs his years of experience and analytical skills to serve as a guide for clients to optimal function and longevity. Yoga-based alignment and breath work, dedicated tissue work, integrated strength and mindfulness are all part of each client’s unique path. He his own lab rat: a longtime yoga practitioner and meditator, he now has three marathons, several ultra-marathons and multiple 100+ mile cycling rides under his belt…triathlons are next.

Keith’s future projects include collaborating on a series of health & wellness books for Nimble Fitness, enhancing Nimble’s extraordinary assessment and programming tools, mentoring Nimble Fitness’ growing staff, and writing a novel about his uncle, a sportswriter from Boston who was a quadriplegic.
