Charlie Jones, a NASAM certified trainer since 2017, grew up in Hartford, CT and has always been interested in fitness.

Drawing inspiration from his uncle John’s example of practicing a balanced and disciplined life led Charlie to follow in his footsteps and join the Airforce.

After suffering an injury early in his military career, Charlie turned his focus to the fitness industry where he continues his goal of helping others be their best and making a positive impact.

Charlie has also completed extensive continuing education hours on specializations such as Strength and Conditioning for Seniors, is an Integrated Strength & Conditioning Coach, Kettlebell intensives and is adept at The Nimble Way of programming.

Charlie takes a holistic approach to his client’s training programs, with plenty of strength training and functional fitness techniques…and fun!
