Jeremy is a multidisciplinary movement instructor and trainer who aims to equip you with tools, techniques, and experience you can use at your disposal – in order to further develop a healthy mind-body practice for the long haul.
Jeremy is a RYT-200 yoga teacher, FRC Mobility Specialist, and a NASM-certified Personal Trainer; they also borrow exercises and concepts from calisthenics, gymnastics, and dance to create training programs.
Regardless of your goals, a focus on core strength, mobility, and the improvement of overall joint health is foundational and weaved into all programing.
