Shannon Wagner has been working in the fitness industry for over a decade. She got her start as a yoga instructor before going on to become, first, a Personal Trainer and then a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Her work in the field has been recognized on an international level.
In 2018, Wagner was one of just ten women selected by Reebok for their two “Be More Human” campaigns, which highlighted women making positive change in the world through fitness. She’s been featured in outlets such as The New York Times, The Hill, Livestrong, Buzzfeed, Refinery 29, Outside Magazine, and more; celebrated and interviewed by Go Daddy, Blink Fitness and the Women in Fitness Association; and written for publications such as Vice and The Telegraph of India on topics relating to sports and fitness.
A former competitive powerlifter, Wagner views strength training as a fundamental component of both physical and mental health. She incorporates her knowledge of yoga, lifting, and cardio into her sessions.
In addition to her love of fitness, Wagner enjoys surfing, playing guitar, sewing, reading, and all manner of arts and crafts!
